• Confirmation Service at Fall Retreat, Sunday, Oct. 13!

  • We are excited to be able to offer confirmations during the Sunday Service at Fall Retreat this year.
    Confirmation is a Christian rite of initiation, in which, through the laying on of the Bishop’s hands and prayer for daily increase in the Holy Spirit, the the person being confirmed (the confirmand) is strengthened by God for Christian life and in the service of Christ and his kingdom. Grace is God’s gift, and in confirmation, we pray that he will pour out his Holy Spirit on those who have already been made his children by adoption and grace in Baptism.
